 ICoBE 2025)" marks its 7th edition since its inception in 2009. This year\
 , the conference will be held in conjunction with the Global Trends in Eng
 ineering\, Science\, and Technology Congress 2025. The theme of ICoBE 2025
  is Revolutionizing Healthcare: The Synergy of Biomedical Engineering and 
 Artificial Intelligence. The event will take place at the World Trade Cent
 er Kuala Lumpur on September 10-11\, 2025. IMPORTANT NOTES TO AUTHORS:Fir
