Abstract Submission Process
Please follow the steps below to complete your submission:
Step 1: Enter the Title of the paper clearly.
Step 2: Please copy the Abstract into the Content Section.
Step 3: Add participants:
- First, add the Team Leader
- Then, add Co-participants
You may click “Search” to find existing users or enter the details manually.
Step 4: Under Contribution Type, please select:
IQ-SITE Conference (Online) or IQ-SITE Conference (Physical)
Step 5: Upload your Abstract (PDF format) under the Attachment Section.

Step 6: Select the appropriate IQ-SITE Tracks
Step 7: Under Event Type, please select:

Step 2: Provide the YouTube link for your innovation video in the Content Section.
(Ensure the video is accessible/public for evaluation purposes.)
Step 3: Add participants:
- First, add the Team Leader
- Then, add Co-participants
You may click “Search” to find existing users or enter the details manually.
Step 4: Under Contribution Type, please select:
EDIC Innovation Challenge
Step 5: Upload your Extended Abstract (PDF format) under the Attachment Section.
