All participants are required to officially register and pay the registration fee. One paid registration allows for
one person to attend and present their respective paper/papers. Author registration and payment must be made
by July 31, 2016. Papers without a registered author or co-author will not be included in the Conference
Proceedings. The conference registration and fees are also applicable to normal participants who are non-
author or/and non-presenter.

All participants are eligible for discounted early bird registration fee if full payment is received by July 1, 2016.

Special discount for multiple paper (3 and more) presented by 1 presenter.
Student Rate
Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students are eligible for the student rate. They are required to indicate
and update their student status in their EDAS profile before registering. Upon the registration, he/she must email
the scanned copy of his/her Student Identification Card to:

and bring along the Student Identification Card to the conference for verification.

and declare paper ID in email subject. Please take note that all bank charges are borne by the participant. With
the proof-of-payment, the ICED 2016 chairs will register the participant at EDAS manually on his/her behalf.
Only then the participant is allowed to submit the final paper on-line.
